Looking for a day of wedding coordinator. We will source all vendors and prepare the entire sequence + a spreadsheet and timeline for everything in advance. The task is more to make sure everything sticks to the schedule and to be flexible and adaptable enough to adjust and improvise as needed. Looking for someone with experience in this. Will be a church wedding in the morning with a small reception and a hotel dinner.
