Indicative quotesDear Zenn, Congratulations to you and your partner on your solemnisation! For our Solemnisation Package, we offer the Foyer Stairway or Glass Pavilion. Minimum requirement for menu package is 30 persons at Sanctuary Tearoom. The Foyer Stairway is located indoors in our MICE block and can comfortably seat 30-35 guests in theatre style. Whereas the Glass Pavilion is located in an outdoor area that is cordoned off with glass window panels and is air-conditioned. It can comfortably seat around 40 guests in theatre style, and up to 30 guests in banquet style (where there are 3 banquet round tables seating 10 guests each). Seating capacity is maximally at 40 pax, and standing capacity is another 10 pax maximum As part of our Wedding Package, we offer our Grand Ballroom. It is pillarless and has a ceiling height of 5.9 meters, which can fit a maximum of 42 tables. For a minimum guarantee of 15 tables (each table seating 10 persons), we offer half the Ballroom, namely Ballroom 1 or 2. Whereas, for a minimum guarantee of 25 tables, we offer the full Grand Ballroom. In regards to Halal and vegetarian requirements, it can be arranged at an additional price, pro-rated at per-person rate of the selected package price. Our resort is pet-friendly, hence, pets are allowed in the wedding premises. However, please note that when food is being served, pets are not permitted in the ballroom at any time. This is for the safety of wedding guests when food is served during the event. We are also fully wheelchair accessible, featuring ramps and elevators throughout the hotel. Kindly let us know if you have other alternative dates so we can check on the venue availability. We can arrange kids meals from our Sanctuary Tearoom based on the ala carte menu.
