- All prices are Nett.
- All prices cannot be changed, altered nor further discounted.
- All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable nor exchangeable regardless of time, duration or reason.
- All package contents cannot be changed, altered nor further discounted.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, vouchers nor discounts.
- This promotion is only valid until 14 August 2018 2359hrs.
- No further date extension will be given for this promotion.
- Avenue 8 Pte Ltd owns the copyright of all images and works created, and reserve the right to use them for the purpose of producing samples, displays, competitions, contests, for the usage in editorials, advertisements and promotional media.
- If any dispute may arise, Avenue 8 Pte Ltd will make the final decision and the decision will be final.
- Avenue 8 Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Wedding Day Photography
- No soft-booking nor tentative reservation of wedding dates are permitted.
- Wedding dates can only be confirmed when payment is received.
- Wedding dates are available on a first come first served basis, depending on the date and time of an appointment that has fulfilled and met by the photographer and the client.
- Wedding dates until 31 December 2019 will be available for booking.
- Service hours engaged has to be used in one(1) day.
- Hi-resolution digital images will be delivered via a downloadable web link.
- All contents of the promotion package shall be taken as it is offered.
- All additional surcharges, upgrades, add-ons and top ups will be charged accordingly.
- When the payment is made, you have agreed to abide will all the terms and conditions pertaining to this promotion.
2 hour Pre-wedding Photography
- Pre-wedding photography is only limited to 1 location.
- Pre-wedding photography session has to be done at least 8 weeks before wedding date.
- Service hours engaged has to be used in one(1) day.
- Hi-resolution digital images will be delivered via a downloadable web link.
- All contents of the promotion package shall be taken as it is offered.
- All additional surcharges, upgrades, add-ons and top ups will be charged accordingly.
