Terms and Conditions:
Client may upgrade Client’s package selection at any time until the day of the event. However, under no circumstances shall Client be permitted to change its selection to a low-priced package. In case of a change in the time or date of the Event, UCOOL STUDIO shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate the changes. However, if the new time or date conflicts with UCOOL STUDIO existing schedule, UCOOL STUDIO reserves the right to terminate the Agreement. In the event of such termination, Client shall forfeit any previous non-refundable deposit.
COMPLETION OF FINAL PRODUCT
The entire editing process starts from time of Final payment received are between 4 or up to 8 weeks. To avoid any disputant on the delivery product, UCOOL STUDIO allow 1 amendment from client from the final production received within 1 week. Client may also request for a express production of final product within 48 hours with $200 payable, however, UCOOL STUDIO reserve the right to reject if the production falls on the peak periods.
PUBLICTITY RIGHTS / USE OF WORK
The parties agree that UCOOL STUDIO may use the work from Client’s event for any form of social marketing (except commercial), including without limitation, promotional videos for exhibition to other potential clients of UCOOL STUDIO. Client must obtain written permission from, and compensate UCOOL STUDIO prior to an event where the Client, friends or relatives publish or sell the work for profit.
