Usage of Pillar-Free ballroom as the main venue for the event day for 4 hours usage (either slot of 11am – 3pm or 6pm – 10pm) & timing inclusive of setup and teardown
Setup of venue 1 day before event day is subject to availability and limited to 2 hours only at no charge
Maximum of 10(50 pax) / 20(100 pax) round tables with choice of table linen
Maximum of 50 / 100 banquet chairs
Provision of 12ft x 8ft stage platform for the Pelamin (Dias)
Provision of oblong tables(6’x2.5’) with table cover for Reception, Bridal & Berkat
Provision of square table(2.5’x2.5’) with table cover for Wedding Cake
Provision of PA system throughout the event with 2 wireless microphones
Provision of 1 technician to assist during event

Usage of Kitchen/Pantry for washing of tableware and heating of food only
Setting up and clearing of tables and chairs before and after event
Cleaning (housekeeping) of venue before and after event except Kitchen/Pantry
